There is not a song I would rather listen to when waking up, other than this next one we want to show you. The song is called “Exchanging Smiles”, and when the piano introduces the first verse you cannot help but break a smile. This song has all the essential elements of a great Hip Hop track: mixed down with a Hip Hop drum loop, doubled with sweet poetic lyrics, and a feel good chorus.

The vocals come courtesy of UK musician Mr. Gee Poet, and you can find more about him at his Soundcloud or Facebook page.

About midway through the song there is a change up in the piano sample, but it comes with catchy vocals that are bound to bring more smiles to your face.

Mr. Gee Poet has been featured in such radio shows such as BBC Radio 4′s “Rhyme & Reason”, “Bespoken Word” & ‘Poetic Justice”. Watch out for more music from this man!

Below is Mr. Gee Poet’s Soundcloud set list that has all his tracks for you to explore. Do play “Exchanging Smiles” though, you will not regret it.
